Login to IO Requests webform/database
These instructions outline how to use the Internal Order (IO) Request webform/database.
This webform/database is primarily for requesting new IO's. If you need to change or deactivate an IO, please email the list of IO's to Albert Nakpil (aln@psu.edu).
Users should login using their PSU Access ID (no need for "@psu.edu) and PSU password. If you are not able to login, please contact Albert Nakpil (aln@psu.edu) or Craig Story (crs3@psu.edu).
Once you have logged in, you will be presented with a list of SIMBA departments that you have access for submitting new IO requests. Click on a department to request an IO for that department.
After clicking on a department, you will view a listing of current IO requests that you have created (if any). Click on the "New IO" button to create a new IO request.
You have the option of a guided IO name (Assemble IO Name using template) or entering a complete IO name (Override template and enter a complete IO name). It may be helpful to follow the IO naming pattern for existing IO's (See the Ag SIMBA Search or the SIMBA Cost Objects Dashboard tile).
When you are ready, press the "Check for Errors" button. Once all errors have been resolved, click the "Submit Record "button.
You may find the General Instructions helpful for completing the webform. These instructions also have a link to an Excel template for submitting bulk IO requests. If you need additional help, please contact Albert Nakpil (aln@psu.edu)
